Pedro Abasolo — Hair and Makeup Artist

Pedro Abasolo is a professional hair stylist, makeup artist and registered massage therapist, with over 10 years experience. Pedro has worked extensively in the entertainment business and private sectors, both in Mexico and the United States. He is widely regarded for mastery of makeup application for television, print and weddings and is often sought out for makeup and hair consultation.

Some of his clients include: Silvia Pinal, Odalis Garcia and Carlos Ponce. Currently he is the hair and makeup artist for KXLN-TV Channel 45 and makeup artist for local theaters, fashion shows and international beauty contests. In addition, he has worked with Evin Thayer Photography and applied makeup for Caroline Farb and Senator Lloyd Bentson Furthermore, his work as a makeup artist and hair stylist have been featured in 002 Magazine, in television programming and print advertisements. Recently, Pedro had the distinct honor of being chosen as the Fist Lady’s makeup artist during Mrs. Bush’s visit to Houston.

In addition to his skills in hair and makeup application, Pedro has specialized experience in therapeutic and deep tissue massage. He utilizes a full range of massages and techniques to facilitate a release of stress and tension, relaxation and rejuvenation.
